What information do we process?

Contact: We only receive and store the information that you choose to send us, for example by email or telephone.

Booking: When you book an appointment, this is done via a booking system provided by a third party (salonbook.one), which is displayed as an embedded feature on the page. Any information you enter when booking — such as your name, telephone number and email address — is sent directly to and processed by the booking provider, not by us via the website itself. Please refer to the booking provider’s own privacy policy for further details.

Cookies: Please see our cookie policy for details about cookies from Google Maps and the booking system.

Public Instagram posts and Google reviews: We display a selection of our own public Instagram posts, as well as publicly available Google reviews of the salon (the reviewer’s name and the review text) to showcase our work and our customers’ experiences. This information comes from Google and Instagram and is updated automatically — we do not collect it from you ourselves.

Why, and on what legal grounds?

Contact and booking: To enable us to respond to your enquiry and to enter into or fulfil a contract for the provision of treatment (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Displaying reviews: Legitimate interest in showcasing our reputation and customer satisfaction (Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies for maps and bookings: Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) and the Cookie Notice) — you may withdraw your consent at any time under ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of the page.

How long do we keep the information?

We do not store booking details ourselves — these are held by the booking provider. Enquiries made by email or telephone are retained for as long as is necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, unless otherwise required by law, e.g. the Accounting Act in the case of any purchases.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Please contact us at info@rebootorganic.dk to exercise your rights.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency, www.datatilsynet.dk.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not pass on your details to third parties, apart from the data processors and services necessary to run the website and the booking system — for example, our booking provider, Google Maps and our web hosting provider.

The site is a static website hosted by DanDomain. Standard technical logging, such as IP addresses, may take place at the web hosting provider as part of normal operations and security measures.
